Materials used
- Foam rubber (polyurethane foam) is used as the main filler. Highly elastic, with increased rigidity, with a density of 22kg / m3. Suitable for use in the furniture, clothing and medical industries, meets all medical safety criteria.
- PVC fabric is used for sewing covers (shells). Has a density of 630g / m2, soft, elastic and wear-resistant. Has a bright and rich color. It can be perfectly cleaned with a damp cloth and household detergents. It is forbidden to wet the product.
- Velcro - fleecy textile, used to fasten various parts together, has a guaranteed number of connection-disconnection cycles - 1500.
- Threads high-strength, 100% polyester (scope of use - sewing furniture, shoes, leather goods, high-strength technical seams)
- Zipper and fasteners are used for convenience when filling products with filler.
All materials have hygiene certificates.
