The chair is made of wood and metal parts. The wooden parts are the seat and backrest, which are made of bent-glued plywood (8-9 mm thick) and covered with HPL plastic 0.4-0.5 mm thick. The corners of the seat and back are rounded to avoid injury. The metal parts of the chair are made of flat-oval pipes 50x30x1.2 mm, 38x20x1.2 mm, 30x15x1.2 mm. The frame is painted with powder polymer paint resistant to scratches. There is a polyurethane transition sleeve at the height adjustment points, which provides smooth adjustment, eliminates squeaks and scratches when adjusting the height, and gives an ergonomic modern look. Adjustment is carried out by means of a through screw-nut tie with fixation of the cap nut in the pipe to prevent untwisting during loosening. Plastic tips are fixed at the ends of the frame, which prevent injury to students and damage to the floor. The backs and seats are fastened to the frame of student chairs using special mushroom-shaped bolts and rounded nuts, which protects against injury and damage to clothing. On the bottom of the frame there is a hole through which the marking of the height groups will be visible when adjusting the height of the chair. Color marking in accordance with growth groups is applied in the form of a circle of about 10 mm. Also on the metal frame, with the help of laser engraving, a scale for marking growth groups is applied.
Frame color: light green (RAL6018), gray (RAL7035) or yellow (RAL1018).
HPL color: beech, milky oak, jasmine, blue.
